Prices and menu
Prices are in euros and include VAT at the applicable legal rate. The online menu is a selection of the restaurant’s offering. Availability may vary. Ask our team about allergens before ordering.
Complaints and consumer disputes
A paper Complaints Book is available at the restaurant. You may also use the Electronic Complaints Book.
For consumer disputes, consumers may contact CICAP — Centro de Informação de Consumo e Arbitragem do Porto, subject to its jurisdiction. Information and contacts: cicap.pt. This information does not declare voluntary company membership of the centre.
Personal data
This website presents the restaurant and menu. It has no customer accounts, reservation forms, ordering or payments. Hosting is provided by Amen. Access may generate technical logs, such as IP address, date and time and browser information, needed to deliver and secure the service.
If you contact us by email or phone, we use the information you provide to respond to your request and, where applicable, take pre-contractual steps or comply with legal duties. We do not use it for advertising without an appropriate legal basis. We retain information for as long as needed for the contact purpose and applicable legal retention periods.
Instagram and external services
Instagram posts are displayed using LightWidget. Loading this content sends technical data, including IP address and browser information, to the provider and image delivery services. LightWidget also states that it collects aggregated view and click statistics. See LightWidget’s privacy policy. Instagram, Google Maps and the Complaints Book have their own policies.
Cookies
This website’s code does not set its own advertising or analytics cookies. According to its cookie policy, the LightWidget widget does not set cookies; if you have visited that service, cookies previously authorised on its domain may be sent when embedded content loads. You can manage cookies in your browser settings. The main photo slideshow runs locally without cookies.
Your rights
Where provided by law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to the processing of your personal data. Contact botaquenteporto@gmail.com to exercise these rights. You may lodge a complaint with Portugal’s data protection authority, CNPD.
